If could go lower I would

I have played this game for years. Since the update at beginning of October it has not let me in to play the game. Seems many are having the same problem as it gets starts to load and then kicks you out. I and others have emailed customer support but to no avail. They have yet to fix the problem only concerned with making gems brighter. I have over 40 million points so to delete and download again is out of the question as this will make me loose the points. And I am not giving Facebook any business. So I am playing other games instead. WHAT LOSERS, SEEMS THE DEVELOPERS SLEEP WITH FACEBOOK. Cannot play the game unless you are logged into Facebook. And it looks like they are not posting reviews either. Suckers beware! Deleted all games by this group.
